A 43” wall mounted LED T.V with sound bar and iPod doc allows guests to enjoy an entirely different experience and to party into the small hours should they so wish.
In order to make your weekend all the more memorable, a wide range of additional services can be purchased by prior arrangement, to ensure that you will want to return again and again.

Among Highfield Manor’s unique selling points is its very central location. In the heart of Charnwood Forest, on the Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire borders, Highfields Manor & Spa is some ten minutes from the university town of Loughborough, Donington Park, the M1 and M42 motorways and East Midlands Airport. Nottingham and Leicester are all 16 miles away so the house is an excellent base for those wishing to explore. Highfields Manor & Spa is 80 minutes from London by train or 1.5 hours by car.
This Queen Anne style property boasts an impressive approach through double wrought iron gates and up a tree-lined driveway.
Once inside, the very spacious entrance hall opens into other communal spaces which lend themselves perfectly to entertaining be it in the large sunny drawing room, the state of the art kitchen or the stylish dining room, all of which have direct access to a wrap around terrace.
An enormous garden room is perfect for breakfast or pre-dinner drinks, catching the sun both morning and evening. The magnificent spa with a 43” wall mounted LED television with sound bar and iPod dock ensures that a good time, whatever the weather!
The all en-suite accommodation continues to have guests draw breath when they see, in two of the bedrooms, freestanding roll top bathtubs, positioned under the windows to catch, again, the sun at either end of the day! Master four poster suite, two upstairs twin rooms and two upstairs doubles in main house; two downstairs doubles in main house; one twin and one double upstairs in separate annexe, above games room and pilates studio.
A separate annexe boasts a large games room with pool table, bar, card table, dart board, shuffleboard table and sound system. Adjoining the games room is a pilates/yoga studio, with instructor available on request; this can alternatively provide additional accommodation by way of double futons for the larger party.
The well maintained and extensive grounds, well planted with shady banks and sun traps to suit the day and your mood, a pretty pond with far reaching views grounds means that be it a BBQ dinner, a picnic lunch or impromptu cricket match or croquet and champagne on the lawn, there is great spot to be found without looking very far.
Electricity and heating are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided. Changeover days are Friday and Sunday. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is before 10am.
The rooms can accommodate 18 guests in 8 bedrooms, plus 8 guests on sofa beds, sited where guests prefer.
From North, M1. Exit M1 junction 24. Take A6 signposted Loughborough. 3 miles after Kegworth (beware speed cameras both ends of Kegworth) turn right at lights onto B5324 signposted to Belton, Long Whatton and Ashby. After 2.5 miles Highfields Manor is on the right, after Highfields Farm, just before the left turn for Shepshed. Large red brick house in fields, black gates, horses in front fields. If you go into Belton village, you've gone too far.
From South, M1. Exit M1 junction 23. Take A512 signposted Shepshed and Ashby. Turn right at the first traffic lights, into Shepshed. Go straight over the mini island. Bear left at the mini island by the Texaco garage. In the centre of Shepshed go straight over the mini roundabout. Continue round sharp right bend by school. Turn left at the mini island at the end of the road. Go straight over the crossroad at the top of the hill, out into the countryside. Continue to the end of the road. Turn right at the end. Our drive is the first entrance on the left. Large red brick house in fields, black gates, horses in front fields.
From South, M42. Exit M42/A42 at junction with A512 Loughborough. Take A512 Loughborough.Take first main turn on left - B5324 to Belton, Long Whatton, Worthington. Continue approx 5 miles. Go through Belton village. Go past Highfields House on your left. Our drive is first on left after right turn to Shepshed (do not take Shepshed turn). Large red brick house in fields, black gates, horses in front fields.
