Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric and underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed front garden with sitting-out area, side deck, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot Tub (private). Basketball and paddle board court (available from 15th September 2024, shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: 13 steps in garden.

Situated in a small village 6 miles from the town of Sleaford where you can catch the train for a day out in Skegness or even London. There are lovely walks through the surrounding countryside and cycle routes straight from your accommodation. An abundance of wildlife surrounds you and you may be lucky enough to see the deer in the paddock next door.
Located in Burton Pedwardine, there is a range of activities for visitors to enjoy. Explore the picturesque countryside surroundings, take a leisurely walk along the charming village streets, or visit the historic Mayfield Vineyard located in the village. You can also order some of Mayfield Vineyard’s delicious wine to be chilling in the fridge on arrival or enjoy a wine tasting experience at Mayfield vineyard on-site by separate booking directly with the owner.

Additionally, Sleaford is known for its local markets, where you can browse and shop for unique crafts and fresh produce. For nature enthusiasts, the area offers beautiful parks and gardens, providing opportunities for peaceful walks and picnics.
