This two story apartment is located in the heart of Buxton, just a couple of minutes walk into the town centre where you will find fantastic restaurants serving delicious meals, wine and cocktail bars, independent shops and cafés plus local transport routes via bus or train. Book a ticket to a show at Buxton Opera House or take a drive out of town to Castleton and explore the caves, or hop on the 1 hour direct train into Manchester, the list of things to do is endless. The property is located on a main road, the owner has done well in keeping noise volumes to a minimum with fitting brand new windows.

The apartment has a private entrance on the ground floor, go up the first staircase, on the first floor is the open plan kitchen and living space, the kitchen is equipped with all you should need with a dining table to seat all guests and a warming wood burner. In the lounge area there is a large TV and comfy seating, this sofa is also a sofa bed should this be required, there is an electric wood burner and double doors which open out onto a private balcony with garden furniture for a lovely view over the town.

The family bathroom is also located on the first floor with bath and overhead shower. On the second floor are three bedrooms, please note that the beds are currently sofa beds but these will be made up for you before arrival, there are two double rooms and one single. The attraction for this apartment is the light space, the lovely outdoor balcony and most certainly the location to town
