This delightful barn conversion is set within easy reach of the historic town of Shrewsbury with its fascinating architecture, castle, museums, fine shops and wealth of traditional inns and restaurants.
Easily accessible is popular Church Stretton, on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is fabulous walking country with many famous hills such as the Long Mynd with the beautiful Carding Mill Valley, the Wrekin and the Lawley.


Shropshire’s finest and most attractive town Ludlow is within easy reach, framed by the gentle Clee Hills, with its impressive castle, magnificent church, half-timbered buildings and Georgian red-brick houses and different markets five days a week such as general, farmers, craft, or antique.
Bridgnorth has what is reputed to be the steepest cliff railway in Britain and superb cliff-top walks overlooking the River Severn below.

From here, during summer, the Severn Valley Railway’s steam train chugs the scenic 16-mile route to Kidderminster.
Attingham Park (National Trust), Benthall Hall (National Trust), Ironbridge Gorge and the old market town of Much Wenlock, with its medieval priory, are all within easy driving distance. Set next to the owner’s own property, The Roost is set in a peaceful and quiet part of the Shropshire countryside.
