First Floor:

Bike/surfboard/canoe store. Public car park, free of charge. No smoking. Please note: Fenced water hazard on grounds directly beyond the terrace. Spiral stairs links ground floor to the 1st floor terrace. Sorry, no hen or stag parties.

The open plan living space is fantastic hub for all, with supersized Smart TV great for those nights in when a movie marathon is on the agenda by the roaring wood burner. On those sunnier mornings and balmy evening, be sure to dine al fresco upon one of two decks.

Please note that a travel cot is available at the property but this will not be assembled unless requested at the time of booking, and no bedding is provided.

On the estate there is a tennis court, nature trails, cycle tracks, playground, lake equipment hire and a restaurant with a farm shop for stocking up yummy produce. There is shop and restaurant on-site for essentials (seasonal opening times).

Beyond your trendy retreat and within easy reach you will find many famous Cotswold villages and towns such as Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway and Cheltenham and Bath. The Cotswold Water Park just along the lane also offers a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, aerial adventure, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and rally driving.
