This spacious barn conversion sits in beautiful countryside and has access to half an acre and a fishing pond!. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With wood burner, TV and DVD player.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: With twin beds.
Bathroom 1: With shower over bath, and toilet.


Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Games room: With football table, pool table and table tennis.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

These two traditional barns enjoy a rural setting with excellent views across the beautiful countryside. Nature lovers will appreciate the beauty and perfection of these idyllic surroundings. The attractions of the Peak District are within an easy drive. Derby 4 miles. Ashbourne 9 miles. Golf driving range 3 miles. The farm is a haven for wildlife with a huge variety of birds including kestrels and coal tits. Within easy driving distance are Chatsworth House, which boasts a famous collection of art treasures as well as beautiful gardens, and Haddon Hall, England’s most complete and authentic medieval house dating back to the 14th century. Carsington Water offers nature trails, a wildlife sanctuary, riding, water sports, cycle hire and a restaurant. Dovedale and Alton Towers, within easy reach. A well stocked fish pond is just 2 minutes away across a field. Both barns have been furnished in a similar layout and traditional style to provide convenience and comfort for guests. Booked together the barns can accommodate 28 people, perfect for any family get together.
