Located near the medieval town of Tewkesbury there is plenty on the doorstep to explore and the M5 is very close by with nearby access to the Cotswolds and Cheltenham. Enjoy the bustling market town of Tewkesbury by day, exquisite waterside walks and theatre shows. Take a leisurely meander in the market town, weave in and out of the Tudor buildings and visit farmers’ markets, antique shops and tea rooms. Pick up a small aperitif and step aboard a river cruise (season permitting) before catching a matinee at the Roses Theatre.
If historic splendour is on the agenda, Tewkesbury is home to a 12th-century abbey, adorned with one of the highest Norman towers in the country, and the largest medieval re-enactment festival in Europe in July.

Just a short drive to the other side of town you will find Croft Farm, where you can spend the days on the lake, sailing, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. There is even a selection of peddalos for the younger ones. The café at Croft Farm is dog friendly too. Beyond Tewkesbury you will find the famous Cotswolds, and a day out in Chipping Campden is a must. Admire the streets of honey-hued, ‘chocolate box’ houses, boutique shops, pubs and restaurants, plus several castles nearby.

There are plenty of on and off-road cycle routes and some family friendly trails to explore.
On days when you want to just be at one with nature, take a trip to the nearby nature reserve - educational and fun for all the family. You will find Regency Cheltenham within 10 miles, great to visit for one of their cultural festivals or a flutter at the races. Stunning Sudeley and Eastnor Castles, and Malvern are all within 15 miles. Whatever you choose to do, The Exchange will not disappoint. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mil
