Living room: With electric fire, DVD player, CD player and patio doors.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.

First Floor:
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over corner bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating (1st September-30th April), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Enclosed lawned garden and chairs. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples, family bookings and holidaymakers only. The property is adjacent to the canal.

Extra Amenities

This 1840s cottage, adjoining the owners property, overlooks the towpath of the Peak Forest canal, close to the marina, and with an outlook to the High Peak Moors. There’s a patio and lawn, and the first floor kitchen door opens to a small terrace overlooking the water. A good value holiday base for the Peak Park, with Buxton and Castleton an easy drive, and for the museums and nightlife of Manchester. There is a supermarket, 1 mile away, which can be reached by a walk along the canal towpath, or 5 minutes by car. Horse riding and golf can be found nearby. There is a fish and chip takeaway, 300 yards away. Supermarket 1 mile, pub 400 yards and pub serving food 2 miles.
