Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. External utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer (at cost, shared with other properties on-site). Patio with sitting-out area. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 avoidable steps in the garden and an unfenced lake within the 4 acres of grounds.
