About 300 yards from centre of Kington, quietly located in grounds of owner’s home, restored and converted to a good standard, much character, on first floor over the original 18th-century coach house, and with large attractive gardens. Excellent holiday base for walks, including Offa’s Dyke, Hergest Ridge, well placed for exploring Herefordshire, Wye Valley, Welsh borders and south Shropshire. Hay-on-Wye and Leominster are both about 15 miles. Shops and pubs 300 yards, regular bus service 50 yards (excluding Sundays).
