Enjoy on site fishing, a dip in the shared swimming pool or exploring the beautiful city of Lincoln - there’s something for everyone!. Ground Floor:

Oil central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Electricity by coin meter. Lawned garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. 20-acre grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Indoor swimming pool with shower and changing facilities (shared with other properties on-site, 4m x 10m, depth 1m - 2m, open all year). Fishing on-site (free of charge, licence required). Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are unfenced fishing lakes in the grounds, 55 yards away.

Set in the grounds of the owners’ working arable farm sit these wonderful properties, consisting of Roach (UK42139), two semi-detached holiday cottages (refs UKC1907 and UKC1909) and two semi-detached adjoining lodges (refs UKC2202 and UKC2203) which have an inter-connecting locked door, which can be opened to interlink the lodges if required. The grounds benefit from two large, well-stocked fishing lakes.




The properties provide comfortable accommodation and share an indoor heated swimming pool and 20 acres of grounds (please bring own towels to use at the pool). The city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle, Christmas markets and Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is just 5 miles away, with the showground at Newark, approximately a 15-minute drive, well known for its international antique fairs.

There are also good walks and cycle routes in the area. Burton Waters inland marina is close by, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Carp Cottage (ref UKC1907), Koi Keep (ref UKC1909), Lucy’s Lodge (UKC2202) and Ammiee’s Lodge (UKC2203) can be booked together to accommodate up to 26 guests.
