Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Range Cooker, separate electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine. Table and seating for six. Two sofas in front of the log burner (starter basket of logs)
Stairs lead from the breakfast room to bedroom two
Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer (please dry dogs off in this room)
Downstairs WC
Dining Room: table and seating for twelve.
Sitting Room: large corner sofa and chairs, log, TV with Freeview, log burner (starter basket of logs)
Bar/Snug: corner bar, high table and chairs, lounge chair
Bedroom one: (sleeps 2) Super-king, log burner, window seating area, en-suite WC (by prior arrangement).

First Floor
Bedroom two: (sleeps 2) Double bed, egg bath in corner under the glass roof, en-suite WC.
Bathroom one: shower room on a private landing with bedroom one
Please note: bedroom two and bathroom one are above the kitchen with their own private staircase and are away from the other bedrooms.
Bedroom three: (sleeps 2) Two single beds, private WC
Master Bedroom: (sleeps 2) King-size bed, log burner (not in use), stairs to bathroom two and bedroom six
Bedroom four: (sleeps 2) King-size bed, stairs to ensuite/bathroom three
Bathroom four: with bath, WC and basin.

Second Floor
Bedroom six: (sleeps 2), double bed (access to bathrooms two and three)
Bathroom two: with walk in shower - a door leads into bedroom six
Bathroom three: with small bath - a door leads into bedroom six. Outside
Large enclosed gardens to the side and rear of the property with the opportunity for guests to use a 6 acre field.

BBQ provided. Outdoor heated swimming pool (fenced - depth, 1mt to 1. 45mts, available from 31st May - 30th Sept). Bike store (by prior arrangement with the owner). Please note: There are ponds and a moat throughout the grounds along with gaps in the hedging. This property has a security deposit of £500.
The front courtyard garden also has a shallow pond so please be mindful with children and dogs.

The Manor is an extraordinary, stunning Grade II* listed house in a countryside setting with large gardens and access to a 6-acre field. A luxurious haven of privacy with 1. 5 acres of gardens, ponds and an outdoor swimming pool.
The house truly offers the unusual. The large kitchen breakfast room has the feel of a barn with its glass roof, oak beams and log burner. A private staircase leads to a bedroom and bathroom separate from the rest of the house. Walk from the kitchen and through the dining room and you will find both a formal sitting room and a bar area for guests to relax and enjoy a few drinks.

The bedrooms, all full of uniqueness and charm, are set over the top two floors. There are a number of historic staircases, that may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. and little secret doors connecting them all together, fantastic fun for children to explore and play.

With all this you may never wish to leave the property but if you do then the location is excellent. The River Seven is a 10-15 minute walk from the property whilst the Forest of Dean offers plenty for the adventurous including mountain biking, zip wires, Go Ape, kayaking and horse riding etc. There is an abundance of cycle tracks and valley walks where you may even encounter the native wild boar.
