All on the ground floor.

Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner inlcuded. Travel cot. Terrace with decked veranda, barbecue and garden furniture. Landscaped grounds (shared). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are drops in the garden. This property has a natural water supply. No children except babes in arms.

Secluded amidst peaceful landscaped gardens and glorious countryside, with lovely views from the terrace, this romantic, attractive detached cottage is a perfect place from which to explore the many attractions of the Derbyshire Dales. Limited streaming is available. The broadband is not consistently strong enough to support streaming and so this may occasionally be unavailable, but surfing the web (Google, social media etc) should always be available.
Set within the grounds of the owner’s home it is only 3 miles from Matlock Bath, with its Heights of Abraham cable car rides, the High Peak Cycle Trail and Cromford Mill. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are both 7 miles. Alton Towers 20 miles. Cycle hire, golf and riding locally. Shops, café and pub 1 mile.
