Kitchen/dining room: With breakfast bar, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, beams and wooden floor.
Utility room: With washing machine, tumble dryer with meter and toilet.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.

Shower room: With walk-in shower (no toilet).

Superb converted watermill, retaining beams, stonework, millstones and a lovingly refurbished kitchen, and set in grounds of owner’s country house with views over a pond with ducks and geese, sheep and countryside. With Ross, Forest of Dean 5 miles, Gloucester 12 miles, it is an ideal holiday base for exploring this beautiful area, with its variety of places to visit, activities and scenery. Newport is nearby. Swimming, golf, fishing, pony trekking and mountain biking are all available in the near vicinity. Ledbury, Monmouth, Malvern, Chepstow, and the cathedral city of Hereford with the renowned Mappa Mundi, are all within easy driving distance. Local cider makers and museums such as the Museum of Mazes are within easy reach, as well as Symonds Yat with butterfly museum and adventure playground, ideal for children. The Hereford Walking Festival takes place the third week in June and the Ross on Wye Walking Festival happens on the first weekend in October. Shop 1 mile, pubs/restaurants 1 mile.
