Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, terrace, barbecue and firepit. 2 small/medium dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 5 cars. No smoking. Please note: No hen or stag parties. There are 3 steps in the garden. This property has a security deposit of £250. Stag and Hen parties are not accepted. Single sex groups are strictly by prior agreement with the owner and the security deposit increased to £500.

On the ground floor you have a well equipped kitchen and dining area and a boot room. There are also 2 living rooms, the first is a small and cosy snug and the second is the social hub of the house.

Magnificent floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in with enviable views of the Malvern Hills. If you are lucky enough to stay on Bonfire Night, the hills light up, glitter and sparkle all evening, it’s rather unique and special. Don’t worry if it’s a chilly evening either, as the underfloor heating and huge wood burner will keep you all toasty and warm inside. Upstairs you will find 5 sumptuous bedrooms, with the finest linens and deepest mattresses for the perfect night’s sleep. No fighting over the bathrooms either with two family bathrooms on hand.
Should you want to get out and explore, just a 10-minute drive there is the market town of Ledbury, where you will find an array of independent coffee shops, local produce and handful of traditional pubs.

Weston Cider is worth a visit, the kids can play at the adventure park whilst you sample and pick a tipple or two for the fridge. Don’t forget to pack your walking boots as Malvern Spa is just 7 miles up the road with its picturesque walks over the Malvern Hills and many bohemian independent shops. The cathedral city of Gloucester is just a short drive in the other direction, with its Victorian docks and designer retail outlet. For some thrill seeking adventures head to the Forest of Dean with its cycle tracks and high rope adventures. Canoeing is within 30 minutes too with the glorious Symonds Yat on the River Wye.
