Once part of a working stable, this charming retreat retains its original character, including the stable divider that now stylishly separates the cosy sleeping area from the open-plan living space.
Inside, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, tasteful finishes, and clever storage solutions create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The compact but well-equipped kitchen features a two-ring electric hob and microwave combi oven, while a dining table for two and comfortable armchairs offer a relaxing space to unwind. The ensuite bedroom is snug and peaceful, with access to one side of the double bed and a modern shower room.

Outside, the front patio is a delightful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening meal, with open views over the farmyard and surrounding fields.
Maisie’s Stable is set in the heart of a working arable and livestock farm, though not run by the next-door owners, and is surrounded by walking routes that start right from your door.
The nearby village of Stretton-on-Dunsmore offers traditional charm and a handy base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Just a short drive away is Draycote Water, a haven for walking, cycling, birdwatching, and even sailing. The reservoir’s five-mile circular path is a lovely way to spend an afternoon in nature.
