This stunning country house retreat is the perfect place to treat yourself to a luxurious stay. Recently refurbished in 2019, which has restored the property to a very good standard, this large two bedroom property each with their own en-suite, is fabulous for couples and small families.

The elegant sitting room and snug gives guests a choice of seating areas and the well equipped kitchen is ideal for anyone looking to cook up some delights during their stay. The owner has sectioned off a private area of the garden for guesta to make use of during those warm evenings or sunny days.



Just 2½ miles will take you into the village of Hatton where there is a shop, pub and the flight of canal locks on the Grand Union Canal which is a lovely place to meander on the tow path and pop into the café. Just over ½ mile is the local train station; Hatton where trains run to Birmingham, London, Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa. Just over 7 miles takes you to the historic town of Warwick where you can visit the famous Warwick Castle, a great day out. Stratford Upon Avon is 10 miles where you can visit Shakespeare’s birthplace, take in one of his plays at the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre, or simply meander through the streets stopping at lovely eateries and do a spot of shopping, or enjoy a boat trip on the River Avon.

Royal Leamington Spa is 7 miles, and also in easy reach are the Cotswolds with wonderful idyllic villages and towns to explore. It is also a good base when attending an event at the NEC, as it is only 15 miles away, and then for some serious retail therapy, head into Birmingham city
