Warwick House is a lovely stone-built property in the small friendly village of Felton. This lovely house has been completely refurbished in 2021 with a lovely wood burner in the contemporary living room for cosying up for nights in on a cooler evening. This three-bedroom house with a lovely deep bath and large shower cubicle even has a small private sitting area to the rear which catches the sun, lovely for relaxing after a day out exploring. Only a very short walk is a popular village pub serving lovely food and an award-winning café so you can leave your car at the door and relax for an evening. Your pets are welcome here with plenty of paths for walking nearby.

Felton is located midway between Alnwick and Morpeth both lovely little towns with Alnwick the home to the Duke of Northumberland who lives in the famous castle featured in Downton Abbey and Harry Potter, with cobbled streets to explore and plenty of shops and tearooms it is a lovely day out. The village is easily accessed from the main A1 and Burgham Park Golf course is only 3 miles. Nearby the Heritage Coast AONB has golden sands and unspoilt beaches for you to explore all peppered with castles, ruins, and friendly little villages. The Northumbrian people will offer you a warm welcome and Warwickk House is a perfect location for your family holiday at any time of year.
