This apartment is conveniently located just 1 mile away from the centre of the historic market town of Poulton-le-Fylde which boasts a great selection of bars, cafés, shops and restaurants. The town also has a railway station, which offers an easy alternative for travelling into nearby Blackpool. The popular seaside resort of Blackpool has an abundance of attractions to visit such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Madame Tussauds, the famous Blackpool Tower, Sealife Centre and numerous amusement arcades.

Blackpool’s illuminations take place annually from September until the beginning of November and are a delight for all ages.
Other popular days out within the region include Fleetwood, just 6 miles away, home to freeport outlet shopping village, and Lytham St Annes is also just a short drive away. Slightly further afield, the hidden gems of the Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are just 30 miles away, offering an abundance of scenic rural walks and local country pubs and restaurants.
