Extra Amenities

New to the market for 2021, this beautiful property is in a great location, close to Ferry Nab, Storrs, Lake Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere. Nestled on the Eastern shores of Windermere, equidistance from the top and the bottom of the lake. In terms of location, it doesn’t get much better.
Split over three floors this modern property offers the perfect holiday home to relax, spend time with loved ones and make amazing memories together. The second floor is home to three well presented, good sized bedrooms. The two main bedrooms have kingsized beds and built in wardrobes for your belongings and offer pleasant views from the large windows. The third bedroom has a full size single bed, with a slightly smaller pull-out bed underneath, it can be used by an adult but probably more suited to a child. The family bathroom is fully tiled, contemporary and comes with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail.

The first floor, which actually opens to the ground level at the rear is all open plan and offers a spacious area with plenty of easy seating to relax after a day on the fells, a large dining table, perfect for a family games night and a few glasses of wine and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for a hearty breakfast before a day of adventure. A doorway at the rear leads directly onto an enclosed patio area which is south facing so attracts the sun all day and is perfect for that morning coffee and a bit of fresh Cumbrian air. The ground floor features a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a separate WC as well as parking for two cars at the front and a garage which can be used to store bikes or kayaks.
The property is located in the exclusive and popular Storrs Park area.

Just outside the hustle and bustle of Bowness-on-Windermere. You are ideally situated and close enough to easily access the popular tourist village with its array of facilities, attractions, bars and restaurants, but with the benefit of accommodation far enough away that when it’s time to relax, you can unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lake Windermere and the Steamers are a short drive or walk away, and you are able to easily access the main routes to explore further afield.
