Set over three levels, the access to the property is from the lower ground area to the rear, which offers private parking and a covered seating area. Entering the property you step into a welcoming hallway, which is ideal for kicking off walking boots and jackets, and then you go up the spiral staircase into the open plan living/dining area.
This level gives you access to the front door via a small sunny porch leading to further outdoor seating on a patio area with stunning views. The living/dining area is a light airy space and offers the ideal social space to sit and enjoy reminiscing the days events. Off this room is the kitchen which is well appointed with all the appliances you need including dishwasher, the kitchen can also be closed off.

Moving upstairs there is a double room and a twin room with en-suite shower, and the accommodation is completed with a family bathroom offering a bath and shower facilities.
The property is situated in the stunning Langdale Valley which offers superb scenery to be enjoyed by walking or cycling, there are numerous high and low level routes from the door. The fabulous Langdale Pikes are a level 2 mile walk further up the valley and Elterwater with its pub, cafe and lake is half a mile walk along the river.
There is easy access to numerous other Lake District attractions, with towns such as Ambleside, Windermere and Bowness all within a short drive. There is also a railway station at WIndermere just 6½ miles.

These towns offer a wide selection of attractions such as The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, cinemas and museums, not to mention a fantastic selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. For those outdoor pursuit enthusiasts, there is a broad selection of sports available, as well as the obvious water sports like sailing, wild swimming and long boarding, and there is climbing, golf and archery to name but a few. For family entertainment options, there are high ropes adventures, safari zoo, aquariums and even escape rooms.
