Set over three floors, the cottage boasts a spacious living room leading to a separate dining room, five lovely bedrooms, two of which boast en-suite facilities, and a large terraced area, a perfect spot where you can enjoy a drink whilst watching the world pass by.


Guests can take evening strolls from the cottage to Lake Derwentwater, passing through Hope Park’s putting green and Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake. The boat landings provide launch trips around the lake with the opportunity to stop off and enjoy a number of famous walks including Catbells, featured on TV’s ‘Wainwright’s Walks’, Maiden Moor, Dale Head, Grisedale Pike and Causey Pike, all of which can be accessed via the launch.
