This light and airy traditional sandstone cottage provides spacious accommodation for up to six people, furnished to a high standard of comfort. We have added a downstairs shower room and by popular request, a dishwasher.

Ground Floor:
Entrance hall: With storage for boots and coats.
Living room: With electric fire, Smart TV, family games and board games, DVD, and CD radio.
Kitchen/diner: With electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Shower room: With shower, toilet and wash basin.
Utility rooms: With dishwasher, washer/dryer and separate secure bike storage space.

First Floor:
Master Bedroom: With kingsize four poster bed and TV/DVD.
Bedroom 2: With adult size bunk beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: With double bed and single bed (for flexibile sleeping arrangements, not for a 7th person).
Front bedrooms give a view to Latrigg.

Electricity gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot available.  . Rear courtyard garden with a picnic bench. On road parking. No smoking.
