A stunning Selsey Range and a contemporary Belling range ensure you have everything needed for culinary adventures. The house offers two cosy living rooms, each with comfortable seating, open fires, and TV entertainment—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Throughout, original artwork and thoughtful details enhance the home’s character.

The utility room and a downstairs bathroom with a double shower provide added convenience and luxury. A standout feature is the original Cornish granite trough, perfect for drying wetsuits or bathing costumes after a coastal adventure.
Upstairs, four charming bedrooms await, each with traditional wood floors and sash windows. Choose from two king-sized beds, a double, a twin, and a single, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The family bathroom includes a double shower and a luxurious bath for ultimate relaxation. Outside, a private garden offers a peaceful spot to unwind, with views of the surrounding countryside. Pets are welcome, but please keep dogs on a lead due to nearby livestock.
