Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, terrace, garden furniture, summer house and barbecue. Stabling for 2 horses (at cost, by arrangement with owner). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. There are 4 steps in the garden. This property has a security deposit of £175.

The barn has its own secluded gardens and patio area where you can sit and admire the scenery while you sip your morning coffee, eat an al fresco lunch, light up the barbecue or relax and enjoy the last of the evening sun. There is ample grass for children to play and a cosy summer house with an U-shaped sofa and lights.
Whether you are taking a family break, looking for a romantic getaway, or holidaying with your horse or pony, you will not be disappointed at Trevellyan Barn.


The area is rich in history and natural beauty with an abundance of bridleways, cycle routes and footpaths, as well as lots of interesting places to visit within a 20-minute drive. Nearby you will find The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Camel Trail and the delights of the southern Cornish coast with its many stunning beaches, tranquil sailing waters and busy marinas.
