Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and bunk bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine.
First Floor:
Open plan living space: With wooden floor.
Living area: With wood burner, 65" Freeview TV and DVD player.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With breakfast area, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, terrace, garden furniture, summer house and barbecue. Stabling for 2 horses (at cost, by arrangement with owner). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. There are 4 steps in the garden.

There is ample grass for children to play and a cosy summer house with an U-shaped sofa and lights.
