Living room: With wood burner, Sky TV (basic package) with Amazon Firestick, DVD player with selection of DVD’S, and DAB radio with Spotify and Bluetooth.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sun room.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included during winter season only. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with covered seating area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

Just a short walk from the harbour, this delightful, traditional, stone-built holiday cottage is situated in the historic and picturesque fishing village of Boscastle. End of a terrace of three, it has a bright, warm and cosy feel to it. Outside is a covered seating area and garden overlooking the Jordan Valley and countryside beyond. Breathtaking coastal walks are within a few hundred yards and the village, with its shops, restaurants and pubs, a short stroll away. Perfectly positioned to explore this stunning part of Cornwall. King Arthur’s Tintagel, Padstow, Wadebridge, Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail, as well as beautiful sandy beaches, are all nearby. Shops and pub 400 yards.
