First Floor:

Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Telephone (honesty box). Enclosed tiered garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. On road parking, 20 yards. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden.
