Whilst Bude and the surrounding area is renowned for its water-based activities, the windswept north Cornish coastline is also a haven for wildlife. Many cliff-top walks will guide you through a myriad of wild flowers along with birds and butterflies who make their homes there. Further inland you can take a guided walk along Bude canal or simply lay back and relax in nearby Widemouth Bay, which is also an ideal place to learn to surf for those of an aquatic nature.

In terms of places of interest then visitors are spoilt for choice, with an array of picture postcard towns and villages dotted along the coast and in close proximity. Explore legends in Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur, experience the thriving fishing port of Padstow, stroll down through the cobbled lanes of Clovelly or for something truly spellbinding visit the Museum of Witchcraft in the village of Boscastle.
