Kitchen: With gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and patio doors leading to sitting-out area.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize bed on request) and single trundle bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included (October to March). Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Enclosed rear sitting-out area with garden furniture. Front garden with decked area and garden furniture. 1 medium or 2 small dogs welcome. Parking permit for local car park included (unloading at property). No smoking.

The fitted kitchen has all the appliances you would need to prepare your favourite treats, ready to fuel up for another day exploring the glorious South Hams. A sunny, enclosed courtyard is accessed from the kitchen, perfect for starting the day slowly whilst you sip on your morning coffee. Upstairs are three great size bedrooms, all with high quality mattresses and bedding to ensure a great night’s sleep when the wonderful day comes to a close. The master bedroom has a bay window giving great views over the rooftops down to the town, and boasts a super kingsize bed and en-suite facilities.

If a soak in the bath is your idea of pampering this can be found in the bunk bedroom. A further bedroom with zip and link twin beds which can be arranged as super kingsize bed is also on the first floor.
