From road level, two flights of steps down to entrance door. Hallway: doors to Sitting Room: Superb water views, feature fireplace with inset pebble gas fire, TV with DVD player, docking station and French doors to balcony. Kitchen/Dining Room: Very well-equipped fitted kitchen, electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, door to Utility Room: Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. Bedroom 1: Magnificent views, double bed (4’6"). Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’). Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC, basin.

Outside: Large balcony off sitting room with bistro table and chairs. Decked terrace with steps to further sitting area, table and chairs for al fresco dining, stunning views of the river, and mature planting. There is a drop from the decking in the garden. Extra care to be taken.
Parking: Annual ticket in town car park (unreserved). Please note Above Town is very narrow, approaching from the north/town end is recommended.

During Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride on the outskirts of the town.
