This charming property offers private access and parking for four cars. The spacious ground floor features a cosy sitting room with a wood burner, a farmhouse-style dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. A hallway leads to a wet room, separate toilet, and a second sitting area with bunk beds. Upstairs are four comfortable bedrooms: one small twin, two super kings (zip-link), and a king ensuite master, plus a family bathroom with bath, toilet, and basin.

This area is a haven for lovers of the outdoors and water sports.

Launch your boat from your private mooring, swim straight from the beach, or set off on your kayak to discover hidden caves, sheltered coves, and perhaps even spot a curious seal. Boats and kayaks can be hired locally, and private sailing lessons are also available for those eager to learn or improve their skills. This stretch of Heritage Coastline is renowned for its unspoiled beauty, attracting walkers and nature enthusiasts alike.

Thanks to the mild Cornish climate, rare plants and trees flourish here perfect for exploring some of the region’s famous gardens.

There’s something for all ages, from rock pooling and crabbing to visiting historic sites such as St Mawes Castle or the picturesque St Just in Roseland Church. The area also boasts several beautiful beaches: St Mawes offers two—Summers Beach, ideal for families, and Tavern Beach, perfect for exploring the rocks. Just down the road lies Portscatho Beach, a small, charming cove that at low tide connects to the larger, sheltered Porthcurnick Beach.
