In the heart of Cawsand, one of the much-loved twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand in Cornwall’s quieter corner, this Georgian townhouse is made for seaside holidays with friends and family. Sleeping up to nine guests across four bedrooms, it offers the sort of space that works well for shared meals, beach days and long, unhurried evenings. The shoreline is close by, so you can dip down to the sand for a morning swim or an evening stroll as the light changes over the water.
The house is arranged over several floors, giving everyoneroom to spread out.

A traditional kitchen with a gas hob opens into the dining room, creating a sociable spot for breakfast before heading out. The living room sits on the first floor to make the most of the sea views, and there is also a sofa bed for added flexibility. Three double bedrooms are complemented by a family bedroom with a double and a single bed, and there are two shower rooms plus a useful wet room. Linen and towels are provided, with beach towels not included.
To the rear, a private garden and tiered outdoor space lead up toan elevated terrace, perfect for al fresco dinners when the weather is kind.

There is no private parking, but a public car park is a short walk away, and you can stop outside briefly to unload bags. From the doorstep, explore the narrow lanes of the villages, relax on the local beaches, or follow coastal paths towards dramatic headlands such as Rame Head. Finish the day with a welcoming local pub serving good food, then return to your townhouse to watch the sun dip over the sea.
