Provided, is private parking for 1 car with 5 steps to the apartment. A superb location for a summer beach holiday, located just a short stroll to the beach, café and surf shop and for walking the glorious South Devon coastal path. The beach is popular with families and water sports and is dog friendly. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
