This pretty, detached cottage, stands on the route of the former Great Western Railway ’Primrose Line’, and is adjacent to the Loddiswell Railway Station, which is now the owners’ home. The Signal Box is an unusual property that offers something special, and just a little bit different. There are superb views through the trees, across the river and to the valley beyond. With direct access to almost 4-acres of outdoor space, there is an extensive network of private footpaths to explore at your leisure. Walkers and dog owners will love the convenience that this stunning property offers.

Nearby there are many historic houses, including Agatha Christie’s Greenway, Saltram and Overbecks, whilst Dartmouth and Totnes both have castles to explore. Close by you will find the South Hams beautiful beaches and some breathtaking coastal paths, including Bantham, Bigbury on Sea, South Milton Sands and Hope Cove.
