A beautiful two bedroom detached cottage sleeping up to six people located in stunning Dartmoor National Park and just 30 minutes from Exeter.

Kitchen/dining area: With electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and French doors leading to garden.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fireguard. Welcome pack. Lawned back garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.

The Coach House has been fully renovated and is a lovely looking traditional cottage full of character. The accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor you’ll find a comfortable living room with a cosy wood burner, Smart TV and a large corner sofa, with an integrated double bed. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room with all you need for your stay, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The first floor comprises two lovely bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a contemporary shower room. Access to the private garden area and driveway (where there is space for up to two cars) is either via the living or dining area.
The property is located within stunning Dartmoor National Park where you can enjoy a day of walking whilst discovering the vast moorland and roam the craggy landscape, defined by forests, rivers, wetlands and rock formations or tors.

You can also search the Neolithic tombs, Bronze Age stone circles and abandoned medieval farmhouses in this amazing landscape! The surrounding area is filled with rolling hills and magnificent scenery.
The wide golden sands of Bude and Widemouth Bay are just under an hour away, with excellent surfing, pretty coves and dramatic coastal walks, shopping, leisure facilities, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Holsworthy is 23 miles away and offers a good selection of local shops and supermarkets along with a weekly market.

The nearest main town is Okehampton, which is under 4 miles away.
Coastal and country walking, golf, surfing, fishing, horse riding and cycling are all on offer within the region and Dartmoor National Park is a must for nature and rugged scenery lovers.
