The kitchen is very well equipped, offering facilities to prepare breakfast, brunch, or evening meals, whilst there is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine for your convenience. There are two king-size bedrooms, with quality bed linens, one with en-suite shower and both also boasting a Smart TV and plenty of storage space.

A third bedroom offers two single beds with TV. The family bathroom has bath with shower over. Outside, the veranda has furniture, ideal for morning coffee or a little al fresco dining. A gas BBQ is also provided.
This area of Cornwall is renowned for its family friendly beaches with huge stretches of fine golden sand, coves and rockpools at low tide for children of all ages to discover! The famous Camel Trail awaits, where you can hire a bike and venture up to 18 miles on a mainly flat path, revealing woodlands, coastal and river views and ending in Bodmin, here the chilling Jail Experience e is a must visit along with a ride on a steam train on the Bodmin and Wenford Railway is a pure delight.
