Extra Amenities

These six beautifully appointed, self-catering, terraced barn conversions (refs UKC4096, UKC4097, UKC4098, UKC4099, UKC4100 and UKC4101) are set in 14 acres of the picturesque Sid Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated close to the Saxon village of Sidbury, yet only a short distance from the seaside town of Sidmouth. Guests have use of a heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer. There is shower and changing facilities, as well as beautiful gardens and a sun terrace.

Guests also have use of the tennis court and all of the equipment is provided. Laundry, drying and ironing facilities are available, as well as a maid service when required.

The properties are just 15 minutes from Exeter and 5 miles from the famous lace and antique market town of Honiton. There are many local walks, including the Foxglove Way, plus cycling, fishing and horse riding close by.

Explore the East Devon coast, which has been awarded World Heritage Status. There are a number of golf courses nearby (at cost), including the Sidmouth Golf Club. Beach 3½ miles. Shop and pubs 1 mile, and restaurant 2¾ miles.
