Set in a small complex on a wonderful fishery, Lavender is one of four beautiful lakeside lodges bringing you closer to nature in comfort.

All properties: Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Natural grounds (shared with other lodges on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Access is via a rough track. There are 6 unfenced lakes in the grounds.

The beautiful lakeside lodges at Viaduct Fisheries are perfect for a ’back to nature’ break, without giving up the luxuries of home. Plus, they come with free fishing, great for keen anglers or those wanting to give it a go!

These wonderful lodges boast picture perfect views from every angle, with an ever-changing landscape. Decorated in a traditional log cabin style, they have all the mod-cons you could need, including gas central heating and double glazing. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and all lodges have a spacious open plan living space. The well-equipped kitchen areas each have a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, while the living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing after a day on the nearby lakes or exploring the surrounding areas.

Willow (ref UK13232), Kingfisher (ref UK13230) and Lavender (ref UK13229) are ideal choices for large families or groups, featuring three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Alpine (ref UK13231) is a slightly smaller property featuring two twin bedrooms and one shower room - the perfect option for couples or a small family.

Set in the small town of Somerton you have shops and pubs on your doorstep.

Slightly further afield within a 10-minute drive is the large town of Street, with its outlet shopping centre, perfect for the bargain hunters. Glastonbury can be reached in 20 minutes, with its wonderful mix of eclectic shops as well as wonderful walks, especially up to Glastonbury Tor, where the views are worth the uphill walk! Langport is nearby with the River Parrett giving you water sports as well as walks on the Somerset Levels. Beach 24 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
