Excellent central location. The property is a self contained renovated wing of a Grade II listed farmhouse. On a working sheep farm the owner can provide stabling if you wish to bring your own horse and enjoy the local riding country. The cottage retains much of its original charm with slate floors and woodburning stove, the sheltered patio is a sun trap and from the gardens there are views over the valley to St. Austell. Only a mile from the nearest beach and 5 miles from both the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
