The Old Bakehouse offers comfortable modern accommodation for four people in the middle of St Mawes. A 2-minute walk gets you to all of the amenities of the village with Summers beach and Tavern beach being within a 5-minute walk. The quay and the harbour from where ferries run regularly to Falmouth, Truro and Place is less than 100 yards away.
Steps up to the front door give access to the very pleasant living room with a feature natural stone fireplace for cosy fires on a cooler evening. The living room has two sofas and an arm chair, Freeview TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. Off the living room to the rear of the property is a good sized kitchen/dining room with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area seats six persons with ease and a door from the kitchen leads to a small secluded rear garden that is arranged over three levels and has garden furniture. On the first floor there is a light and airy double bedroom with high ceilings, window and Juliet balcony with a garden view. The second bedroom is a large twin room with part vaulted ceiling and there is a feature stone wall with the original fireplace. Between the bedrooms is the modern bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
