Bedroom 2: With twin beds (for one adult or two children under 12 years old).

Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Small patio and garden area (opposite property). Parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a stream in the grounds.

This quiet, picturesque village is within the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. This end of terrace cottage offers a choice of footpaths leading directly from the door. There is a delightful old pub, renowned for its good food, a level walk from the cottage, as well as shops and a garage in Yelverton. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 200 yards.
