Mole Hall is a beautiful, detached, thatched 18th-century barn conversion, in the heart of the Devon countryside. The property takes advantage of far reaching rural views from many rooms and is only a 20-minute drive from the thriving market town of Bideford.
Internally, the property is cosy with traditional features whilst having a modern touch. The open plan kitchen/dining area has access to the garden through French doors that fill the room with light. The living room is on the first floor offering exposed beam ceilings and a seating area with a desk to relax and unwind. Externally, the property has a lawned garden and patio with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.

There is a lake on-site which is stocked with carp perfect for any keen fishermen.
North Devon holds many interesting attractions for all ages. RHS Rosemoor is approximately a 30-minute drive away from the property, and is an internationally renowned collection of gardens. The Tarka Trail is also nearby which features a series of footpaths and cycle paths that go around north Devon following the route taken by Tarka the Otter in the book of that name. The Milky Way Adventure Park is also only a half hour drive from the property and is a great family day out.
