This delightful single level, stone barn conversion offers a spacious living area with large dining table, fully fitted kitchen, a family bathroom and three tastefully decorated bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower room. Quince Cottage has its own barbecue, table and chairs in the courtyard area, there is a communal garden at the front of the property.
There are plenty of walks meandering through the Cornish countryside or with stunning views from the coastal footpath of glistening, sandy beaches or coves tucked in against dramatic cliffs ravaged by the Atlantic rollers.

Withiel is situated 5 miles between the towns of Wadebridge and Bodmin; and 15 miles from Newquay and Padstow, as well as Polzeath on the North coast and Fowey on the South coast. Newquay is famous for its excellent surfing beaches. Port Isaac of “Doc Martin” fame is also about 15 miles away, and The Eden Project is only a short drive.


Wadebridge, once a market town, is now more widely known as being on The Camel Trail, the cycle route out to Padstow from the depths of Bodmin Moor on the old railway route. From Padstow you could take a boat trip across the Camel Estuary to Rock and lounge on the beautiful beach that stretches all the way around to Daymer Bay. Beach 12 miles.
