To the front of the cottage there are stunning views across the White Horse hills and rolling countryside.
Situated in the pretty village of Sutton Poyntz, there are a number of local pubs and shops to enjoy and it is only a short walk to Overcombe Beach. The property itself is reached via a gravel road and offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat. However it is in close proximity to all places of interest in the surrounding area, such as Sea World, Monkey World and the Bovington Tank Museum.

Weymouth is only a short drive away and has lots to offer, from family fun to sophisticated evenings out. The town centre has plenty of well-known high street shops, a cinema and an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars.
