Welcome to Southdown, a beautiful four-bedroomed holiday home overlooking the RSPB reserve of Lodmore and the sea beyond, finished to a high standard both inside and out. You are also just a short walk to the beach and the promenade that leads to Weymouth centre.
Inside on the ground floor, you will find the spacious kitchen/dining room, very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The dining area has a wonderful large table that enjoys the stunning views and is perfect for long leisurely meals or an evening of games. The living room has a large Smart TV and comfy sofas, perfect to snuggle in and watch your favourite box set or just have glass of wine and marvel at the views.

You will also find two kingsize bedrooms and a twin, as well as the family bathroom on this floor. Heading upstairs you have a master kingsize bedroom with panoramic sea and nature views from the picture window, have a seat in the chair with your morning cuppa, it’s the ideal way to wake up on holiday! Outside, the gorgeous garden has a wonderful eight-person hot tub and fabulous outdoor dining set for enjoying barbecue’s, brunches or breakfast in the sunshine. The lawned area is great for sunbathing or playing games.
If you can bear to tear yourselves away, there is so much to do nearby, from lazing on the beach, strolling around the marina, sampling the many restaurants or indulging in some retail therapy.

For the walkers among us, the Jurassic Coastline has plenty of trail walks, make sure you take in the sites of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, you do not want to forget the camera for this trip. Closer to the property, Portland is a 10-minute drive, which is home of the 2012 Olympic Sailing Academy, Chesil Beach, the renowned Portland Bill Lighthouse, plus many more. The market town of Dorchester is about a 20-minute drive, where you will find local markets, museums, restaurants and bars.
