The Heritage Coast of Yorkshire and Whitby are easily accessed, and you can take a leisurely journey through the Esk Valley. Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington are a liitle further. A must when visiting this area are the smugglers coves of Robin Hood’s Bay, Staithes and Runswick Bay. Historic homes and castles such as Uncomb Park, Nunnington Hall and Castle Howard are all within easy driving distance. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Maddy Cart House can be booked together with The Old Barn (W42436) to accommodate up to 6 guests.
