Kitchen/dining room: Farmhouse-style with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and tiled floor.
Bedroom 1: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and exposed stone wall.

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed, beamed vaulted ceiling and solid oak floor.
Bedroom 3: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds for children on request) and solid oak floor.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, kneeler, toilet and beams.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, exposed kneeler and toilet.

Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and high chair.

Courtyard, garden furniture and BBQ. 2-3 acres of shared natural unspoilt lawned grounds with furniture and children’s play area. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. Please note: There is a shallow unfenced pond in the courtyard.

With views of Danby Dale, these detached, former working barns, set on an organic Grade II listed model farm, date back to the 1800s. Bridle paths and cycle tracks abound through the farm to villages tucked away deep in the valleys of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Visit Kirkby Moorside, Pickering, Helmsley and Guisborough inland, and the coastal villages of Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Whitby. The North Yorkshire Moors steam train travels from Whitby to Pickering, passing through ’Heartbeat’s’ village of Goathland. Shops and pub 1 mile.
