There is plenty of cupboard space for your holiday essentials and lots of space for preparing a delicious home cooked meal which can be enjoyed on the dining table close by. On an evening relax in the inviting seating area with two deep filled sofas and a Smart TV for your entertainment.

This bright and airy room provides great views out over the fishing lake, which completely private and solely for guest use.
After a long day fishing or exploring the local area choose from one of two beautifully presented bedrooms; a double room with TV and ensuite bathroom with an extra deep bath, or a lake view zip and link super king size room with TV. The accommodation is completed by a wet room style bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Step outside onto the large, enclosed patio which offers great views out across the lake and with gated access to the grounds. A private peg is provided should you wish to enjoy the fishing facilities (please contact owner to arrange prior to arrival). With additional seating, this area is a real sun trap during the warmer summer months.

The village of North Frodingham offers a village pub and you can find a post office and general store, Chinese restaurant and a fish and chip shop in the next village. A five-minute drive will bring you to the seaside village of Skipsea and the thriving coastal town of Hornsea is just ten minutes up the coast.
