A spacious first floor apartment perfect for couples. Sunnyside lives up to its name with side sea views and a seat by the window which catches the sun most of the day. The open plan living/dining area is spacious and light, and there is a a separate kitchen.
Filey is a traditional seaside resort and for those of you who enjoy walking and the great outdoors, you have the Cleveland Way walk passing close by. Just along the coast there is the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs.

Thousands of migrating seabirds arrive here in the spring and tourists travel from overseas to see the vast amount of puffins in their natural habitat.
This delightful apartment is within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Filey is also home to an excellent golf club.
The larger resorts of Bridlington and Scarborough are just a short drive away, and to the north there’s the ever popular seaside town of Whitby.

The East Coast has many beautiful coves such as Robin Hood’s Bay, Staithes and Flamborough Head. Yorkshire is famous for its stately homes such as Castle Howard, Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House and Gardens and Sewerby Hall, which are all just a short drive away. Beach 300 yards.
