Dining room/conservatory: With tiled floor.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beams, tiled floor and French doors leading to courtyard.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, beams and en-suite with bath, shower attachment and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Travel cot. Enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm).

All properties: Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair. 30-acre grounds (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The beck runs through the grounds, 600 yards.
